Duties And Responsibilities
- Assessment Planning and Execution Support
- Review and analyze higher headquarters plans and strategic guidance documents
- Support Operational Assessment Integration (OAI) leads in coordinating assessment activities
- Data Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Conduct weekly data quality assurance reviews
- Utilize advanced data aggregation and artificial intelligence tools
- Employ Common Operational Picture (COP) systems to support situational awareness
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze internal and external information sources
- Reporting and Documentation
- Provide support to the JECC Annual History Report
- Incorporate Lessons Learned, AARs, and Trip Reports into assessment products
- Prepare and submit DRRS submissions
- Perform trend analyses and LOE assessments
Strategic Support
- Direct support to USTRANSCOM CCP and AJA requirements
- Prepare and deliver briefings to GO/FO level leadership
- Collaborate with interagency partners and external stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Graduate of JPME Phase I with 9 semester hours of graduate-level coursework in statistics, program evaluation, quantitative analysis, or related analytical disciplines
- Former or retired U.S. Military Field Grade Officer (O-4 through O-6)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Joint Qualified Officer (JQO)
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of COP systems including Maven Smart System and C2IE
- Graduate-level writing skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professionally formatted documents
- Proven experience preparing and delivering briefings to GO/FO level audiences
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Studies, Operations Research, Public Policy, or related discipline
- Graduate of JPME Phase II or equivalent senior service school
- Previous experience serving on a Joint Task Force (JTF) Headquarters staff
- Experience with operational and strategic-level assessment methodologies
- Prior experience supporting JECC or USTRANSCOM operations
- Experience with DRRS and associated reporting requirements
- Familiarity with National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, and Unified Command Plan frameworks
- Knowledge of Joint Planning Process (JPP) and operational assessment methodologies
- Prior assignment to a Geographic or Functional Combatant Command headquarters
- Experience supporting strategic-level wargames, exercises, or Strategy Forums
- Familiarity with USTRANSCOM mission sets and global mobility operations
- Previous experience as an action officer on a Joint or Service staff
- Certification in project management (PMP) or related discipline
Security Requirements
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance required upon reporting to the position
- Must be able to maintain eligibility for access to classified information throughout employment

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
Pay
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD /Yr.
