Assembly Worker - 3rd Shift

About the role

Maintain a safe work environment for all employees. Follow all company policies and procedures. Report any accidents/incidents immediately to the Assembly Supervisor. Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality production standards.
• Maintain high efficiency production standards.
• Work unbiased with diverse work force.
• Communicate with all members of management.
• Train other hourly associates on safe operations of all equipment.
• Train other hourly associates on company quality standards.
• Maintain the overall housekeeping of the assembly plant.
• Report any unsafe conditions or acts to the Assembly Superintendent.
• Follow all SOP’s

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a group effectively.
• Must be able to use a personal computer.
• Must be able to work unbiased in a diverse work group.
• Must be accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
