We are looking for Assembly workers for a client in Taunton, MA. Shift: 8-4:30pmPay: $20 Responsibilities This position is vital in ensuring that high-quality medical products are manufactured, assembled, and packaged. Conduct assembly, packaging, and secondary operation manufacturing tasks as assignedAdhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, ISO, environmental requirements, and company policiesFollow all safety guidelinesMaintain a high level of production accuracy and qualityAccurately track individual manufacturing output and report to the Floor ManagerFollow secondary operation procedures and quality instructions for assigned job ordersWork effectively both independently and within a team environmentPerform in-process inspections to ensure only high-quality products are produced and shippedWillingness to learn and adapt in a constantly changing work environmentPerform delicate and repetitive tasks with accuracyUse various machines and hand tools as neededAbility to read technical drawings and blueprints (preferred)Experience working in a cleanroom environment (preferred) Qualifications 1 year of experienceAbility to comprehend work instructions, process guidelines, quality documentation, and visual workmanshipAble to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow verbal and written instructionsSkilled in handling small and delicate partsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsBasic mathematical aptitude required As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
