About the role

Position Details
Position: Assembler
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Openings: 3 Immediate Positions Available

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and components before assembly and identify unacceptable materials.
• Perform in-process testing to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Absorb and utilize company computer systems for production documentation.
• Complete production documentation, including: Material move tickets, Inspection reports, In-process tags, Reject tags, Rework orders, Corrective Action Reports.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand, air, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Dependable attendance and excellent work habits.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer literacy.
