Assembly & Test Technician - Level 2 (1st shift)
You will play a vital role in the assembly and testing of innovative aerospace products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and contribute to the safety and efficiency of air travel. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you’ll work onsite at our Clearwater, FL location.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues during the assembly and testing processes.
- Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement of products and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and testing methodologies specific to aerospace products.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in the assembly process.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation standards in aerospace manufacturing.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in aerospace or related fields.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
