Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 1st shift 0700-1530
About the role
You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and work out of the Rocky Mount, NC location on an on-site schedule. In this role, you will impact product reliability and customer satisfaction by performing assembly and testing tasks accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on defective units as needed.
- Document assembly and testing processes accurately to maintain quality records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly and testing procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing roles or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in assembly processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
