Assembly & Test Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing methods to perform normal job tasks in a safe manner under the direction of the supervisor, group leader or experienced associates in the area.
• Work with a partner in most cases.
• Perform general clean up to keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate test bench and load test data in the system.
• Verify test results and promote part to final assembly and paint.
• Perform final assembly and Paint for final pump.
• Log the serial numbers for assembly and communicate with Planning and Order management the readiness for shipping.
• Follows Company’s Compliance requirements.
• Maintains and improves the quality management system.
• Asume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Education and Training: High school or as deemed sufficient by management
• Technical Requirements: ability to read and interpret routine instructions; use of ERP system; basic computer skills; ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; ability to operate material moving equipment –overhead crane.
• Experience: At least 2 years work experience in the area, or as deemed sufficient by management
