Responsibilities

• Define information and processes to facilitate assembly and test to internal and customer requirements
• Develop procedures and processes to verify and validate requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that information and data transfers effectively to meet customer needs and organizational objectives
• Execute test plans to validate product while adhering to schedule demands
• Continuously improve procedures, processes and methods to ensure quality with zero defects and excursions

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience working in high aptitude manufacturing environment
• Experience: Five years related experience in a complex test environment, experience in rotating equipment troubleshooting, demonstrated success with new product to production test campaign, experience leading test loop design efforts, P&ID creation, test plan creation, component selection
• Desired Job Qualification: Experience with recognized quality systems (ISO, AS, QS, TS), SolidWorks design experience, Vibration Institute Certification

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 and is commensurate with the applicant’s experience. This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base for this position. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
