This Role Will Focus On As Assembly Operator you will be responsible for working on the assembly line within our cleanrooms to combine parts and components to create our fluid management technology. You will be required to follow and comply with all relevant procedures to ensure only products that meet the required specifications move on to the next manufacturing stage.

Responsibilities

• Build products on the assembly line according to customer specific technical drawings, instructions, or schematics.
• Be competent in making all required assemblies in the range including those that are complex and are comprised of multiple types of components (training will be provided).
• Be capable of working with a complex range of products with hundreds of SKUs (and growing).
• Understand the special importance of product quality, safety and performance for their application within biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Follow established manufacturing and safety procedures, to ensure we are complying with clean room requirements.
• Inspect the assembled products for any faults or defects and report any issues immediately to the Team Leader in the area.
