Responsibilities
- Assemble finished products or components under supervision using basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical skills.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and measuring devices.
- Operate tooling and equipment safely and according to company policies.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete orders promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Strive for continuous improvement in quality and productivity, minimizing scrap and rework.
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, climb ladders, crouch, and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity and balance.
- Prior assembly experience.
- Ability to read technical documents.
- Basic manufacturing knowledge.
- Authorization to work in the US.
