Assembly Technician - Second Shift

Responsibilities

  • Assemble finished products or components under supervision using basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical skills.
  • Read blueprints, work orders, and measuring devices.
  • Operate tooling and equipment safely and according to company policies.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete orders promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in quality and productivity, minimizing scrap and rework.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, climb ladders, crouch, and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity and balance.
  • Prior assembly experience.
  • Ability to read technical documents.
  • Basic manufacturing knowledge.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
