Responsibilities
- Perform Intricate Assembly Tasks: Utilize your advanced technical skills to assemble and integrate complex components and systems into our state-of-the-art healthcare kiosks.
- Collaborate for Improvement: Work closely with engineering and production leadership to enhance processes, solve issues, and drive continuous improvements, ensuring better efficiency and superior product quality.
- Champion Quality Assurance: Actively engage in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and efforts to achieve excellence in all aspects of production.
- Conduct Thorough Inspections: Adhere to the highest quality standards by performing comprehensive inspections and implementing quality control measures, ensuring each product is dependable, efficient, and meets client requirements.
- Interpret Technical Specifications: Accurately interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and instructions for assembling intricate components and systems, ensuring precision in every task.
- Maintain Equipment Effectively: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth production flow.
- Ensure Quality Control: Consistently conduct quality control checks to verify that products conform to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize Specialized Tools: Skillfully use specialized hand and power tools to assemble and install components, including those requiring precision handling.
- Promote Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, with experience in handling complex components and systems.
- Proficiency with specialized hand and power tools, including precision tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
Nice to have
- Technical certification or vocational training in a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
