About the role

LTS Health, a leader in healthcare kiosk production and deployment, seeks a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Intricate Assembly Tasks: Utilize your advanced technical skills to assemble and integrate complex components and systems into our state-of-the-art healthcare kiosks.
  • Collaborate for Improvement: Work closely with engineering and production leadership to enhance processes, solve issues, and drive continuous improvements, ensuring better efficiency and superior product quality.
  • Champion Quality Assurance: Actively engage in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and efforts to achieve excellence in all aspects of production.
  • Conduct Thorough Inspections: Adhere to the highest quality standards by performing comprehensive inspections and implementing quality control measures, ensuring each product is dependable, efficient, and meets client requirements.
  • Interpret Technical Specifications: Accurately interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and instructions for assembling intricate components and systems, ensuring precision in every task.
  • Maintain Equipment Effectively: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth production flow.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Consistently conduct quality control checks to verify that products conform to specifications and quality standards.
  • Utilize Specialized Tools: Skillfully use specialized hand and power tools to assemble and install components, including those requiring precision handling.
  • Promote Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, with experience in handling complex components and systems.
  • Proficiency with specialized hand and power tools, including precision tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.

Nice to have

  • Technical certification or vocational training in a related field.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.

Pay

Pay Range: $25 - $28 USD
