Mechanical Assembly
- Perform repetitive assembly operations following work instructions.
- Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and checklists.
- Participate in manually integrating large subassemblies to complete a final assembly.
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting of materials and products up to 30 pounds.
- Frequent use of hand tools.
- Long periods of standing.

Education and Experience
- High School Education or GED.
- Some manufacturing experience desired.
- Basic print reading and experience in wire dressing and termination.
- Proficient in reading and measuring using a tape measure.
- Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within plant.
- Able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand as work requires.
Skills
- Utilize a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures, and fixtures.
- Possess an aptitude for cross-functional training to reduce takt time.
Working Conditions
- Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
- Safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses and safety shoes.
- Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
Pay
Pay Range (Massachusetts): $19.12 - $23.37 per hour.
