About the role

The Accounting Generalist has an integral part on the administrative team and is involved in many activities to support the organization. • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting
• Thorough theoretical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping software
• Understanding of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

About the role

The Assembler Technician is responsible for assembling fiberglass parts and components including hulls, decks, small parts, sub-assemblies, and finished boats.

Responsibilities

• Installs basic hull and deck hardware including drilling and sealing of components

• Parts inspection and defect identification against a pre-established set of acceptance criteria, including tapping for air voids and conducting thorough visual inspections for surface imperfections
