Check out this video! Position Description Assemble actuators to print using various types of power and hand tools. Primary Objectives Responsible for Quality of parts assembled in a timely mannerResponsible for daily assembly of work in adherence to the quality management system Responsibilities Responsible for the assembly of actuatorsFinal assembly Inspection of partsComplete pressure testing of partsFollowing safety proceduresCorrect documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc.)Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc. Qualifications Mechanical assembly experience in a related industry (preferred)Fluid power technology degree (preferred)Experience using various hand and power tools (hydraulic presses, etc.)Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong math and mechanical aptitude (preferred)Comfortable using various computer softwareAbility to use and read measuring equipmentAbility to lift 50 pounds throughout the dayGood verbal and written communication skillsGWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it)Aligns with our Core Values: Integrity, Aggressive, Team Pride, Expertise, Respect ____________________________________________________________________ Compensation is dependent on a candidates skills and experience.* Full Time Employees Are Eligible For The Following Benefits Medical insurance through Medica + free in-home acute health care and on-job site health care through Nice for those enrolled on company medical plan.100% employer paid Health Partners Dental insurance for single and family (if enrolled on medical plan).100% employer paid premiums for Long-Term Disability and $50,000 life insurance policy.401K profit shareAdditionally, full-time employees receive competitive Paid Time Off The Pay Range For This Role Is 21 - 25 USD per hour(Aggressive Hydraulics - Cedar, MN )
