Assembly Tech- Electrician

About the role

Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is seeking skilled Commercial Electricians to support the construction of high-quality modular commercial buildings, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas stations, and other commercial facilities. This role focuses on professional-grade electrical installations in a controlled, indoor production environment.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial electrical systems, fixtures, lighting, and panels
• Run MC cable through metal studs and commercial framing systems
• Install outlets, switches, lighting, and specialty fixtures
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Perform work in kitchens, bathrooms, gas stations, and other commercial spaces
• Follow OSHA safety standards
• Cookordination with other trades to ensure seamless build progression

Requirements

• Experience in commercial electrical construction preferred
• Familiarity with MC cable, metal studs, and commercial installations
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Team-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Current OSHA 10-hour certification

Pay

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (Night): $20.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential

Schedule

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
