About the role
As an Assembly Team Member, you will assemble, label, and pack protective eyewear kits for the fulfillment of Customer Service orders.
Responsibilities
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
- Notify supervisor of any material issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Prepare and assemble units.
- Be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas as needed.
- Place parts in a specified relationship to each other.
- Clip, snap, or otherwise attach parts together.
- Work on a line where tasks vary as different models of product move along the line.
- Conduct in-process inspection of lenses and other eyewear components for quality defects.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and understand the production schedule.
- Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce eyewear products.
- U.S. Government Authorization required.
