About the role

Position Purpose The Assembly Team Member is responsible for performing hands-on assembly operations to build high quality, heavy-duty construction equipment at JCB North America. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
