This position involves all aspects of the assembly processes, including inventory stock management, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving, and general cleanup. The primary focus is the assembly of reducers and motors.
Responsibilities
- Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives
- Maintain parts stock between assembly lines
- Manage inventory stock and parts pulling
- Perform repair, restock, and warranty evaluations
- Conduct testing and service tasks
- Wash, prep, and paint components
- Pack and handle shipping/receiving duties
- General cleanup and maintenance of work areas
- Use calipers, depth and paint millage gauges for measurements
- Visually inspect all work and rework as necessary
- Comply with all ISO Quality and Work Instructions, Company Safety rules, and other policies/procedures
- Assess safety of tasks; report unsafe conditions to management
Requirements
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience in hand assembly
- Ability to perform all listed tasks to the Company’s expectations
- Currently eligible and authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis
- Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work
- Physical ability to occasionally sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to continuously meet the Company’s production requirements

Pay
$17.00 - $19.00/hour (1st shift). A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
