Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.
- Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.
- Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.
- Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately.
- Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning.
- Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines.
- Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
- Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Document clearly and concisely and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize computer skills and office software applications.

Requirements
- Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or 4 years of relevant experience in the absence of a HS Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work 3rd shift hours: Monday–Thursday or Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Certification of IPC Class III Solder Exam.
- Experience with electronic assembly.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday or Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for approximately 60 days.
