About the role
Supports the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines.
Responsibilities
- Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Follow detailed blueprints, schematics instructions, processes, and procedures to build our product.
- Ability to perform and demonstrate all manufacturing procedures after training.
- Accurately complete all essential documents (i.e. Lot History Records (LHR's), Inspection Records, and Validation Documentation).
- Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
- Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as pad printing, adhesive bonding, light soldering, welding, and leak testing.
- Adjusts and trims materials from components to achieve specified dimensional characteristics.
- Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Packages finished assemblies or subassemblies.
- Inspects work-in-process to documented quality standards to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Ability to train others on basic operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance.
- 1 year manufacturing experience required.
- Working knowledge of hand tools.
- Understanding of military specifications is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and detailed drawings.
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- A safe, quality-conscious attitude working in a team environment.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001.
- SAP experience is preferred, but not required.
- Team Player: Willing to help production team to complete assigned tasks.
- Will work overtime to support production goals as needed.

Pay
Competitive base salary: $18.10/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location).
