Assembly Operator 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Loading components into machine or onto conveyor system
• Complete production and inspection reports as required
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Hourly inspection of parts
• Packing finished product various totes/bins

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Perform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractions
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures
• Ability to work in a factory environment- standing, bending. Lifting up to 25 lbs

Pay

Pay rate starts at $20.55/hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment. Additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift. Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment.

Schedule

Work hours are 3:00 pm to 11 pm. Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch.
