Assembly Operative

About the role

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join our growing production team in a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment. You will assemble high-quality products, operate machinery, carry out quality checks, and prepare finished goods for dispatch, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 16:00 with one paid 30-minute break and two unpaid 15-minute breaks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products and components
• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Carry out quality inspections and checks
• Prepare finished products for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow production processes and procedures accurately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Excellent attention to detail

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
