About the role

Assemble components to create packaging interiors while adhering to quality and safety standards. Complete necessary assembly operations according to the design print. Follow all necessary steps in assembly process to ensure top quality product. Safe and proper use of all hand tools required. Safe and proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) required for the job. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, and follow standard work. Actively participates in 5S and Safety activities. Contribute to team efforts by working together and accomplishing tasks as required. Ensures all work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and design prints.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles.

• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
