Assembly Mechanic
About the role
Responsible for assembly of complex structural aerospace products.
Responsibilities
- Layup and bond various materials using various sealing and bonding agents
- Assemble components and subassemblies
- Operate all machines associated with assembly department, processes, and related procedures
Requirements
- 2-4 Years Trade School, Vocational Education, work experience, or apprenticeship
- Applicant must be a U.S. Person
- Basic knowledge of shop mathematics, production methods, shop practices, and working quality of aerospace materials and machine operation
- Work from information such as drawings, shop sketches, sample parts, specifications, and engineering instructions
- Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
