Assembly Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong knowledge in the assembly of hydraulic and new mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to run hydraulic hoses and attach fittings.
• Be able to test and verify connections.
• Be able to lift 50 plus lbs. as needed.
• Forklift experience required.
• Blueprint reading skills required.
• Be dependable, reliable, detail-oriented, good communicator, and listener.
• Have manual dexterity - fitting and tightening bolts and fittings with appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Must be cross-trained as needed due to the small shop environment.
• Work conditions are entirely inside the factory.
• This position relates to the construction of concrete-related machines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge in assembly of hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Experience with hydraulic hoses and fittings.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Dependable, reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative.
• Manual dexterity for fitting and tightening bolts and fittings.

Pay

The pay range is based on experience.

Schedule

The job is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, with some Saturday morning work.
