Assembly (Line 2) Group Leader I

What Drives Success

• Monitors, guides, and works with team to meet production targets.
• Ensures that work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals.
• Instructs and trains new team members.
• Maintains parts and materials within the department and expedites when needed to ensure necessary supply.
• Applies lean manufacturing and safety best practices.
• Applies IT solutions as needed for tracking, monitoring, and documenting.

What We Are Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Basic ability to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly.
• Reads and interprets specifications and assembly schematics.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Solid judgment and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of IT solutions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

What We Offer

• Compensation: Starting pay range between $27.65/hour and subject to factors such as geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
