Position Summary
This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers to ensure efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs
- Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
- Report production metrics and issues to supervisors or management
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the line
- All other duties assigned.

Education and Experience (required)
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
