Assembly Lead

About the role

As an Assembly Lead, you will oversee the efficient operation of assembly lines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This includes supervising team members, managing workflow, and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve production goals
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures
• Resolve production-related issues promptly
• Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency
• Train new employees in assembly techniques and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills
