Assembly Lead
About the Role
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. We are seeking a Cell Leader to support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating work within a production cell, ensuring adherence to standard processes, and driving team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations within the production cell, ensuring work is prioritized and completed efficiently
- Train and support associates on processes, procedures, and manufacturing tasks across multiple roles
- Maintain working knowledge of all cell functions to provide coverage as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues and coordinate resolution
- Ensure daily management systems (boards, meetings, metrics) are updated and executed
- Monitor and drive completion of standard work activities (5S, Kanban audits, routine tasks)
- Communicate staffing needs, including labor shortages or excess capacity based on production demand
- Promote adherence to standard processes and identify opportunities to eliminate waste
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards
- Provide support and coverage for the Production Supervisor as needed and communicate issues proactively
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, specifications)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic math skills and ability to analyze production data
- Experience using systems such as Oracle or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience training and mentoring team members
- Experience with continuous improvement practices (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kanban)
- Familiarity with daily management systems and production metrics tracking
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment or processes
Physical Demands

This role follows an onsite work schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.
Pay
Expected base salary range: $33,280–$51,723. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on factors including physical worksite location, geographic market, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
