Assembly I, Fabrication- 2nd Shift (First Flight)

About the role

As an Assembly I, Fabrication- 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality containment components that form the physical infrastructure powering advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and plastic components using hand tools, small cordless tools, and basic machinery.
• Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products, ensuring alignment with specifications and production timelines.
• Collaborate with your team while following job-tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and all safety guidelines.
• Support production flow through general warehouse tasks, inventory movement, material handling, cleaning, and small machine operation as needed.
• Expand your technical knowledge by learning materials, components, and terminology, while participating in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by your manager, including obtaining forklift certification if required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.
