Assembly, Conformal Coat

About the role

Accomplishes various production assembly functions that require precision and attention to detail. Assembles and disassembles circuit boards or sub-assemblies and efficiently coats surfaces of circuit boards with various conformal coating products. Processes these tasks according to verbal or written instructions, engineering drawings, and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs in a diverse team environment, sharing and receiving instruction, updates, and general information.
• Reads and works from detailed process sheets and drawings.
• Operates tools and production equipment to disassemble and assemble electronic products.
• Utilizes hand tools such as paint brushes, tweezers, and other similar tools.
• Communicates and works effectively with team members.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs and stands for extended periods of time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card, or any individual who is granted status as a “protected person”).
• Knowledge of basic company software (Intranet, Email, Teams).
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• IPC certification preferred.
• Exhibits excellent hand/eye coordination necessary for precision work.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Skills

• Navigate basic company software (Intranet, Email, Teams).
• Operate tools and production equipment to disassemble and assemble electronic products.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
