About the Role

Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications

Qualifications

• Fully proficient support individual contributor working under limited supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with minimum 2 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain a future Security Clearance may be required
• U.S. citizenship required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance)

Work Schedule

• 100% onsite in Simi Valley, CA
• 9/80 schedule: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off

Pay & Benefits

• Salary range for California: $46,000–$86,000 (final offer may vary based on experience and geographic location)
