About the role

Join Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, as a Commercial Assembly team member. You will assemble residential, commercial, and industrial water-treatment systems with precision and care, ensuring every product meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble water-treatment equipment and kits from available parts following detailed operating instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished assemblies.
• Rotate through various workstations to complete scheduled assemblies.
• Report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with Franklin Electric Quality standards, policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0–3 years or more of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred).
• Forklift certification with 1–3 years of forklift experience (preferred).
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to high-quality work.

Physical demands

• Continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Continually stand; regularly walk.
• Occasionally sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps.
• Turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities and reach above shoulders.
