About the role

Our client in Deerfield is growing and looking to add Full-Time Assemblers to their production team! If you enjoy hands-on work and want a schedule that fits your life, this could be a great match.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and organizing materials needed for assembly work
• Performing each step in the electrode assembly process
• Ensuring products meet established quality requirements
• Identifying and resolving assembly issues when they arise
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Assembly experience preferred; entry level position
• Adept with hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and good dexterity
• Able to read and follow instructions and procedure
• Ability to understand assembly documentation

Schedule

Full-Time Schedule: 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm M-F, Hybrid: 8:00am-6:30pm M-Thurs

Compensation and Benefits

$20/hour starting pay, Time-and-a-half for all hours worked beyond 40 in a week
