What You’ll Do

  • Handle materials using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
  • Operate hydraulic presses, industrial ovens, and leak‑testing equipment
  • Apply rubber gaskets to new and customer plates
  • Perform visual quality inspections
  • Prepare plate packs and gaskets for shipment
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Accurately count and record parts
  • Follow written instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Participate in safety and production improvement efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with hydraulic presses, machining, or tooling (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (trade schooling a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Basic math, reading, and writing abilities
  • Ability to follow directions and stay focused
  • Willingness to work across a wide range of tasks
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Commitment to wearing PPE and following 5S principles
  • Ability to perform repetitive work and lift up to 50 lbs

Physical & Environmental Expectations

  • Standing or walking for 8–10 hours
  • Bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
  • Handling tools and materials throughout the day
  • Lifting 50 lbs independently and 50–75 lbs with assistance
  • Working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise, vibration, and seasonal temperature changes
  • Wearing PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
  • Reading blueprints, labels, gauges, and measurement tools
  • Inspecting parts and listening for equipment cues

Pay

$22–$25/hr
