Job Duties
- Aiding in the assembly and disassembly of hydraulic and crawler cranes under supervision
- Utilizing hand tools to install, remove, and adjust crane components
- Operating in various weather and jobsite conditions
- Following directions from the Assembly & Disassembly Supervisor
- Moving to and from job sites with the crew in a company-provided vehicle
- Tracking time and tasks using a company-issued tablet and ATOM software
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50 to 70 pounds during working hours
- Comfortable climbing and working at heights between 10-15 feet
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to perform physically demanding labor
- Availability to frequently travel out of town
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the NC Yard
Additional Details
- Frequent overnight travel required, with hotel accommodations and per diem provided
- Ongoing training provided to ensure safety and efficiency
- Background, MVR, and Drug screening required
