About the role
As an Assembler at QA1, you'll be an integral part of our Lakeville, Minnesota based manufacturing team, where your performance is directly tied to key areas of success: safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Assemble products following specific production guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality with every unit.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your team members to achieve production targets while promoting a positive and efficient workplace.
- Safety + Quality: Be committed to upholding safety standards and quality control measures in all aspects of your work.
- Continuous Improvement: Offer suggestions to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and improve processes.
- Problem Solving: Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns, and assist in troubleshooting where necessary.
- Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least age 18.
- At least 1-year solid work experience; previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Person people want to work with.
- Working knowledge of basic hand and/or power tools.
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance with excellent work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math, reading and English communication skills.
- Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision.
- Must be available and open to the idea of cross training + learning.
- Able to meet physical requirements of the job including extended standing 8-10 hours a day with occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 60 lbs.

Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am.
