About the role

As an Assembly Operator at our Sparta manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include performing assembly tasks following established procedures and guidelines, ensuring that the assembled products meet quality standards and specifications. This may involve using hand tools and operating assembly machines. Attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Utilize hand tools and assembly machines to complete tasks.
• Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process.
• Complete production tasks by the end of the shift.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Assembly experience.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Equipment used

• Hand tools.
• Assembly machine.

Pay & schedule

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday 5am-3:30pm (overtime as needed)
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire
