Assembler Technician II

Kimco Staffing is hiring an experienced Assembly Technician II to join a growing manufacturing team in Henderson.

About the role

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical assembly who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Assemble components, machinery, and electrical systems
• Use hand and power tools, including crimpers, torque tools, and testing equipment
• Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshoot assembly issues
• Complete production documentation and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of electrical/mechanical assembly experience
• Manufacturing or industrial assembly background preferred
• Experience using hand tools and electrical testing equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

$24.50/hr (Temp-To-Hire)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM with overtime available as needed
