About the Role
This role involves supporting manufacturing operations to meet production targets by following systems and processes. The individual will operate machinery, interpret technical diagrams, and perform assembly tasks for semi-finished or final products, including packing.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in safety initiatives

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in manufacturing or quality control
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform push/pull actions
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
