About the Role
This onsite position in Athens, TN reports to the Production Supervisor and involves working in a factory environment with conditions such as concrete floors, varying temperatures, and noise. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting, along with a strong commitment to safety and the use of designated personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaboration within a team is essential.
Responsibilities
- Work in a factory environment (concrete floor, heat, cold, noise, etc.)
- Stand for long periods; perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting
- Maintain safety awareness and use company-designated PPE
- Collaborate effectively with a team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Able to lift 10-30 pounds on a continual basis
