About the role
We are seeking an Assembler to join our Millwork team. This position fabricates and assembles products, and applies knowledge of the working characteristics of multiple wood materials. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations, and verifying settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
Responsibilities
- Assist Millwork leads with set ups for each job.
- Uses various techniques in order to assemble final product.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
- Maintains specifications by observing operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Meets production goals for cycle time, quantity, and quality.
- Performs work within drawing specifications and job notes.
- Performs miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in fabrication or Millwork field.
- Make the right call with quality decisions, good judgment, and keen problem-solving skills in determining better, more efficient work flows with the same high-quality standard.
- Drive results, take initiative, and apply time management and self-management skills every day to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Be accountable and take ownership of work commitments in meeting clients' expectations and timelines.

Pay
$43,680 - $46,592 annually.
Schedule
Shift Available: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime Eligible)

Compensation Range
$43,680 - $46,592 annually.
