Assembler - Level 4

About the role

RLC Electronics Systems is seeking an experienced circuit board assembler for skilled hand assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform work of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Assemblers, such as installing electronic components into circuit boards.
• Perform soldering of TH and SMT circuit board assemblies.
• Conduct a soldering test and possess 3+ years of soldering experience.
• Perform soldering repair or rework with the ability to remove and replace SMT parts of small nature.
• Work on very small assemblies, closely follow processes, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• This role requires knowledge and experience performing work of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Assemblers, including soldering of TH and SMT circuit board assemblies.
• A soldering test is required.
• Must have 3+ years of soldering experience and the ability to perform soldering repair or rework with the ability to remove and replace SMT parts of small nature.
• The physical demands of this position require regularly sitting; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and visualize very small parts. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Assembler position.

Skills

• Knowledge of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Assembler tasks.
• Soldering experience, including TH and SMT circuit board assemblies.
• Ability to conduct a soldering test.
• Experience in soldering repair or rework with the ability to remove and replace SMT parts of small nature.
• High level of attention to detail and quality.
