Assembler - Level 3
About the role
As an Assembler Level 3 at Honeywell, you will assemble components, sub-assemblies, products, or systems using engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions to build high-quality aerospace products. This on-site role in Redmond, WA reports to the Production Supervisor and requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with small components. You will directly impact the efficiency and quality of aerospace products by ensuring precise assembly and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test complex aerospace components and systems
- Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
- Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule
1st shift, Friday through Sunday (6:00 AM – 6:30 AM)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace assembly or a related field
- Experience using soldering tools and equipment
- Experience inspecting solder and mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment, including torque drivers
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a technical field
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $26.44 to $33.08. Honeywell considers multiple factors when extending an offer, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
