Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Work Area Setup: Prepare and organize the work area for efficient assembly.
- Assembly Fit parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools as needed during the assembly process.
- Product Handling: Stack completed products following established procedures. If required, cover, label, and band finished components.
Safety And Cleanliness
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Verify equipment safety before operation.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklist and report any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Record Keeping
- Maintain production records as necessary.
Quality Control
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Adherence To Procedures
- Perform duties in line with safety, quality procedures, and standards.
Participation
- Engage in safety, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other relevant programs and meetings.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED is preferred (but not required).
- No minimum experience is necessary, although 6 months of manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
