Principle Duties And Responsibilities

• Work Area Setup: Prepare and organize the work area for efficient assembly.
• Assembly Fit parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools as needed during the assembly process.
• Product Handling: Stack completed products following established procedures. If required, cover, label, and band finished components.

Safety And Cleanliness

• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Verify equipment safety before operation.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklist and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

Record Keeping

• Maintain production records as necessary.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.

Adherence To Procedures

• Perform duties in line with safety, quality procedures, and standards.

Participation

• Engage in safety, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other relevant programs and meetings.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED is preferred (but not required).
• No minimum experience is necessary, although 6 months of manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
