About the role
IGT is looking for a skilled Assembler II to join our Used Manufacturing team on Swing Shift. In this role, you'll help build, refurbish, and test electronic gaming machines that meet IGT's high standards for quality, performance, and reliability. We're seeking someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience troubleshooting assembly issues, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and refurbish a variety of IGT gaming products using advanced assembly techniques.
- Read and interpret detailed manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and schematics to accurately assemble and configure components.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly or configuration issues to ensure product quality.
- Identify process deviations and follow established corrective actions.
- Safely operate hand and power tools throughout the assembly process.
- Complete functional and quality testing to verify gaming machines operate as intended.
- Record production progress and completed work using computerized manufacturing systems.
- Train and support less experienced team members on assembly procedures and best practices.
- Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment while helping maintain efficient production.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience assembling electronic gaming machines or similar electromechanical products.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documentation.
- Proficiency using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic computer skills for accessing digital work instructions and entering production data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to successfully pass a security background investigation.

Pay
The starting compensation range is $38,390 - $49,910 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
