Primary Responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling components to create finished products
- Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
- Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training And Competencies
- Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Mechanical abilities and a high level of precision
- Following safety procedures and protocols
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy
- Action Oriented
- Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.
- Intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions

- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions (English language required)
- Experience as Mechanical Assembler Level 1 preferred

Compensation And Benefits
The base pay for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on the geographic market.
