Assembler II [C]

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling components to create finished products
• Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
• Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training And Competencies

• Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Mechanical abilities and a high level of precision
• Following safety procedures and protocols
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy
• Action Oriented
• Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.
• Intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions
• Self aware, vulnerable, willing to reflect critically on opportunities for self improvement

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions (English language required)
• Experience as Mechanical Assembler Level 1 preferred

Compensation And Benefits

The base pay for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on the geographic market.
