About the role
Rolling – the process of removing air from fiberglass laminate (fiberglass resin and catalyst mixture) using a tool called a roller.
Responsibilities
- Must have completed the 60-day probation training period
- Have a consistent, proven attendance record
- Be willing and able to roll at any chop station with acceptable quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment; Work following Safety rules and completion of tasks are required
- Practice daily a favorable working environment with all employees
- Be capable of meeting the physical demands/abilities as outlined on worksteps job requirement profiles
- Be capable of meeting the following environmental conditions/hazards:
- Occasional extreme heat up to 110 degrees
- Exposure to constant noise level of 80 dB
- Proximity to moving molds
