About the role
This role involves performing work instructions to assemble products in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment
- Record production and traceability data
- Set up and change equipment configurations
- Conduct cycle counts
- Follow work procedures
- Participate in cross-training
- Inspect own and others' work to ensure quality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in reading and understanding the local language
- Valid forklift driver's license
Physical and safety requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Willingness to wear a respirator
- Work in environments with potentially harmful materials such as lead and fiberglass
Schedule
This role may involve working in varying conditions and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
