About the role
As an assembler, you will perform product assembly following established processes to ensure Safety, Quality, and Takt time.
Responsibilities
- Safety: Adhere to safety rules and regulations, report risks and incidents promptly, use necessary PPE, and contribute suggestions for safety improvements.
- Quality: Maintain a "First Time Right" approach, follow work instructions for mechanical/electrical assembly, perform quality checks, and use correct tools. Support 5S initiatives and uphold workplace discipline.
- Delivery: Complete tasks on time, respect takt time for efficiency, and assist with rework and repairs as needed.
- Cost: Minimize rework and scrap through quality, and improve assembly times via Kaizen initiatives.
Qualifications and skills
- Promote safety, be proactive, achievement-oriented, and support continuous improvement.
- Respect SHE procedures, communicate transparently, and uphold core values of Interaction, Commitment, and Innovation.
- Associate degree or relevant experience, 0-1 year in mechanical/electrical assembly, knowledge of assembly/testing equipment, and basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English and hands-on experience with pneumatic/DC tools preferred.
